Get Listed

If you are a dentist in Lake Worth, Florida or the surrounding area (West Palm Beach, Lantana, Palm Springs, Atlantis or Greenacres) and would like to advertise your services in the Lake Worth Dentist Directory please read the Terms of Agreement.

Once you submit your information you will be directed to make a payment of $29.95 for the first month of your directory listing. You can pay by credit card or Pay Pal account. Your credit card or Pay Pal account will be billed monthly $29.95, however you can cancel your account at anytime and billing will be discontinued and your listing will be removed from the directory. 

Please note: There are only 6 listings allowed in the Directory and each position must be a different dentist description. Descriptions are available on a first come basis in order they are received and paid in full. If you submit an order and the description is taken, you will have the option to be listed by another description or accept a refund.

Your listing will be added to the directory within 5 business days from submitting order and making payment in full. If you have any questions please view the Common Questions & Answers page or contact me.
